Sharing your information
We share only the information reasonably needed to provide your booking with relevant drivers, guides, hotels, activity providers, payment processors, website and email service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. These organisations may process information under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments and WooCommerce
Orders and account details are managed using WooCommerce. If an online payment provider is enabled, payment-card details are submitted securely to that provider and are governed by its privacy and security practices. Please do not send payment-card or passport information through a general enquiry form.
Location search and cookies
Pickup and destination autocomplete searches a location directory stored on this website, based on GeoNames data under CC BY 4.0. Search text is not sent to a location API. If you choose the optional Google Maps route link, Google receives the selected origin and destination under Google’s applicable privacy terms. Essential cookies support website security, account login, the shopping cart and checkout. Other analytics or marketing cookies should be used only where enabled and permitted. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although some booking and account features may stop working correctly.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including booking support and legal, accounting or dispute requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. To make a request, email info@olankatours.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
