These terms apply when you use the Olanka Tours website or book a tour, transfer or related travel service with us. Please read them together with the service description, accepted quotation, booking confirmation and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Enquiries and confirmed bookings
Website prices and availability are invitations to enquire unless the checkout clearly permits an immediate order. An enquiry, custom-route request or quote request is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking becomes binding when we issue written confirmation after receiving any payment or information stated in your quotation.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the stated currency and apply to the service and passenger basis described. Your final quotation will identify inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and any special conditions. Bank, card, currency-conversion or payment-provider fees may be charged separately by those providers. You are responsible for paying agreed amounts by their due dates.
Traveller responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate names, contact details, dates, flight or accommodation information, passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
- Check the confirmation promptly and tell us about errors.
- Hold valid passports, visas, insurance, permits and health documents required for the journey.
- Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time and follow reasonable safety instructions from drivers, guides and suppliers.
- Tell us before confirmation about mobility needs, medical considerations, child seats, oversized luggage or other special requirements.
Changes and cancellations
Requested changes depend on availability and may affect the price. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the conditions supplied with your booking and in our Refund Policy. We may make reasonable itinerary, route, vehicle or timing changes where needed for safety, weather, road conditions, supplier availability or operational reasons while aiming to preserve the overall service.
Third-party services
Hotels, activity operators, guides, transport providers and payment services may be independent suppliers. Their reasonable rules and conditions apply to the part of the service they provide. Olanka Tours will use reasonable care in selecting and coordinating suppliers but is not responsible for acts or omissions outside the extent required by applicable law.
Liability and events beyond control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Olanka Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay, cancellation or disruption caused by events outside reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disaster, public authority action, strikes, road closures, civil disturbance or transport interruption. We recommend suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical needs, personal belongings and disruption.
Website use and content
Website text, photographs, branding and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Route distances, drive times, itineraries and prices are planning information and may change with traffic, exact addresses, stops, weather, availability and supplier costs.
